Blessed Youth Creation: Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final At Blessed Youth Creation, every item is custom-made to order in our Toronto studio. Because each piece is manufactured specifically for you—often involving 3.5+ hours of machine time and specific material choices—we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer error.

1. Custom & Personalized Items All 3D-printed products, including but not limited to our Heart Buddies, Knit Bunnies, and custom prototypes, are considered final sale. We cannot offer refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with color or texture (3D printing naturally has visible layer lines).

• Incorrect size selection or spelling errors provided by the customer.

• Damage caused by improper care (e.g., leaving PLA prints in a hot car).

2. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase. Once the 3D printing process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund as materials and machine time have already been committed.

3. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a significant manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will make it right.

• Reporting: You must contact us at [Your Email] within 72 hours of delivery.

• Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the damaged packaging.

• Resolution: At our discretion, we will either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a store credit.

4. Shipping Costs In the rare event that an exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
