Terms of service

A Terms of Service (ToS) is the "master contract" between you and your customers. For a 3D printing business like Blessed Youth Creation, it is especially important because you are manufacturing physical goods that people might use in ways you didn't intend.
In Ontario, as of 2026, new consumer protection updates require you to be very clear about what you are—and are not—responsible for.
You can copy and paste this into Shopify > Settings > Policies > Terms of Service.
Blessed Youth Creation: Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Manufacturing & Service Nature
-
Custom Fabrication: You acknowledge that Blessed Youth Creation provides custom additive manufacturing (3D printing). Unlike mass-produced items, 3D-printed goods may have visible layer lines, small surface artifacts, and slight color variations. These are not considered defects.
-
Accuracy: We aim for high precision, but standard FDM printing has a dimensional tolerance of ±0.5mm.
3. Prohibited Prints
We reserve the right to refuse any print request. We strictly will not print:
-
Weapons, firearm components, or items intended to cause physical harm.
-
Sexually explicit or offensive materials.
-
Items that infringe on Intellectual Property (IP), copyrights, or trademarks unless you provide proof of ownership or a commercial license.
4. Intellectual Property
-
Your Files: You retain all rights to any files you upload. By submitting a file, you grant us a temporary license to use, modify (for printability), and manufacture the design for your order.
-
Our Designs: All designs created by Blessed Youth Creation (including our "Heart Buddy" and "Knit Bunny" patterns) are our intellectual property and may not be scanned, replicated, or resold without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
-
"As-Is" Basis: All products are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
-
Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk for the application of the printed part. Blessed Youth Creation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (including property damage or personal injury) resulting from the use or failure of a 3D-printed item.
-
Safety-Critical Use: Our products are not certified for life-safety, medical, automotive, or load-bearing applications.
6. Pricing & Payments
-
Toronto/Ontario Tax: All orders are subject to applicable HST/GST based on our Toronto location.
-
Quotes: Quotes for custom work are valid for 14 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the final file complexity exceeds the initial estimate.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
