Blessed Youth Creation: Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing & Production Time

Unlike traditional retail, our products are "Freshly Printed" just for you.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your item is shipped.

  • Large/Custom Orders: Production times vary based on print volume. You will receive a personalized timeline via email within 24 hours of your order.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Rates (Canada & GTA)

We ship all parcels from our studio in Toronto, Ontario. Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions at checkout.

  • GTA & Ontario: Estimated 2–4 business days via tracked parcel.

  • Rest of Canada: Estimated 4–9 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Ontario orders over $75 CAD.

3. Free Local Pickup (Toronto)

To save on shipping costs, we offer free local pickup for our GTA customers.

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready with specific pickup instructions.

4. Packaging & Sustainability

We use eco-conscious packaging where possible. Your 3D prints are securely wrapped to prevent "crush damage" during transit. Since 3D prints are lightweight, we often use bubble mailers to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

5. Heat & Weather Warning

Please be aware that 3D-printed items (specifically PLA) are sensitive to extreme heat.

  • Summer Warning: Do not leave your package in a metal mailbox or on a porch in direct sunlight for extended periods, as warping may occur.

  • Blessed Youth Creation is not responsible for damage caused by items sitting in high-heat environments post-delivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the unopened box and the damaged item and contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours. We include up to $100 of insurance on all tracked parcels.
